Work Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, attention to detail, and a good work ethic.
Carpet cleaning is physically demanding work; applicant should be able to work efficiently in summer and winter conditions as well as long hours on occasion.
A qualified applicant should have a clean driving record as the job will require this person to drive a company vehicle.
Applicants must be able to lift and move 50 lbs relatively easily.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members to lead and train seasonal help is required.
Education / Experience
Certification through the IICRC or related program is preferred but not necessary for consideration.
We would be happy to train the right person for this position, however prior experience in the cleaning industry or a related trade would boost the job prospect.
There are no specific educational requirements, but qualified applicants must be able to manage their time effectively and display a positive attitude to customers and team members.
Pay / Hours
Starting pay is $10/hour until fully trained and increases according to performance, experience, and/or certifications.
The job is full time.
